Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning and meet the needs of all learners, in line with the EYFS curriculum. * Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages children’s social, emotional, and academic development. * Assess and track the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents and carers. * Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver a balanced, inclusive curriculum. * Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents. * Support children’s emotional and social development, ensuring they are ready to progress into Key Stage 1. * Promote positive behaviour and help develop children’s self-confidence and independence. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years qualification. * Experience teaching in an EYFS setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. * A nurturing, patient, and caring approach to teaching. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. * A passion for fostering a love of learning in young children. * A collaborative and flexible approach to working within a team. What We Offer: * A full-time, permanent role in an Outstanding primary school. * A supportive and friendly team of staff who are passionate about providing the best education. * Excellent professional development opportunities to further your career. * A nurturing school culture where work-life balance is prioritized. * A vibrant and engaging community where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. * Access to well-being support for staff.
