Teach Plus is currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brent that is committed to providing a nurturing, high-quality early years education. The Early Years team is well-resourced, collaborative, and supported by an experienced leadership team that values staff development and wellbeing. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team in September. This is an exciting opportunity for an EYFS teacher to work in a setting that values early childhood education and offers excellent CPD opportunities.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be required to:
Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
Observe and assess children's progress to inform next steps in learning
Establish a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support children's development
Contribute to wider school life and uphold the school's values and ethos
The ideal candidate for this EYFS Teacher role will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
Experience teaching in an EYFS setting (school-based or during training)
Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
A nurturing, reflective, and proactive teaching approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
