They’re looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant who’s passionate about supporting students with SEND needs (Autism, ADHD, SCLN, SEMH) and helping them shine in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

🧠 The Role
You’ll support groups of pupils in Early Years, promoting independence through hands-on, play-based learning. Rather than working 1:1, you’ll be engaging with the wider class to help all children grow in confidence, build relationships, and develop key life skills.

* Experience or passion for supporting children with SEND (Autism, SCLN, ADHD, SEMH)
* A resilient, flexible, and positive approach
* A strong team player with great energy
* Someone who believes in helping children grow through independence and creativity
* A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (ideal, but not essential)
* Recent experience working in schools or supporting young children in a similar setting
This is a permanent, full-time role, beginning on a temporary supply basis while checks are completed. The school is ready to hire as soon as they find the right person.
