THE ROLE
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of food and drink services at a key London venue, ensuring operations run smoothly, profitably, and in line with high brand standards.
From pre-event planning to post-event reconciliation, you’ll be hands-on with everything from stock management and staffing, to compliance and financial reporting. Working alongside the Venue Manager, Commercial Finance Partner, and central support teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class customer experience while driving continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
You'll oversee multiple outlets, ensuring quality control, customer satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance, while leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing F&B team.
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a strong operator with a proven background in F&B or hospitality management – ideally within events, stadia, or high-volume venues. You’ll be commercially aware, results-driven, and highly organised, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
You must be a confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders alike. A solid understanding of stock systems, cost control, and health & safety compliance is essential, as is a flexible, can-do attitude and a full UK driving licence.
Oversee F&B operations across the venue, ensuring smooth delivery at all events
Manage planning, ordering, wastage, and stock reconciliation processes
Collaborate with finance to analyse and improve profitability
Lead post-event reconciliation and submit sales declarations within 24 hours
Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and H&S standards are met
Manage maintenance schedules and annual compliance checks
Recruit, train, and manage a motivated and capable F&B team
Identify opportunities for upselling, cost savings, or service improvement
Foster strong supplier relationships and ensure consistent supply chain performance
Essential requirements:
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and H&S legislation
Strong commercial awareness with budget and stock forecasting experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing and motivating large operational teams
Full UK driving licence
