Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client based in Weybridge who are looking to extend their team and add a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
The F&B supervisor is a busy role to deliver a high quality of service to customers / guests as well as supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
Ensure the agreed standards of food service are adhered to at all times.
To communicate and delegate activities to the team.
Ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met.
To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
To actively seek feedback from members and guests on a regular basis.
Ensure that all of the team adhere to manufacturer’s instructions of use of all machinery and equipment.
To ensure the department is maintaining its agreed level of operating performance at all times.
To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
This is an opportunity for someone who values high standards and wants to deliver an experience. You will be a team player as well and a leader with excellent communication skills & great at liaising with all members of the team and customers / guests.
