Location: Fulham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a prestigious site in Fulham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable Monday to Friday schedule, excellent benefits, and clear pathways for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric and finishes
*
Carry out a variety of tasks including basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing
*
Handle general repairs such as door fixes, ceiling tile replacements, and general handyman duties
*
Ensure all work is compliant with health & safety standards and site-specific procedures
*
Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of service
*
Collaborate with other engineers and support the wider maintenance team
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Fabric Engineer or Maintenance Technician role within commercial environments
*
Solid skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general building maintenance
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
*
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
