We are looking for an Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Maintaining plant and equipment to optimize both reliability and maintainability.
* You will provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and help supervise contractors where required.
* You will also need to complete any required log book paperwork and close out jobs using a handheld device.
* You must complete tasks to a high standards and in line with current company policies and procedures.
* Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.
* You will be responsible for ensuring your own work is completed in a safe and diligent manner.
To be successful for this Fabric Engineer role you must have:
* NVQ Level 3 qualifications in Engineering Maintenance (Multi-discipline).
* 17th/18th edition.
* 332SGood knowledge of building statutory compliance.
