Overview:
CBRE Managed Services Limited is seeking an experienced Fabric Handyman to join their team on a temporary basis, supporting additional capacity at the Peter Jones site in Sloane Square, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading facilities management providers in a high-profile retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General fabric maintenance across the site
Flooring repairs
Fixtures and fittings maintenance
Painting and decorating
Ad-hoc handyman tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar fabric or handyman role
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
Start: ASAP
Rate: £21.00 per hour (via Umbrella company)
