Estimator – Façade Specialist (Client-Side Role)
Location: UK (Primarily Manchester-based projects)
Experience: 2+ years in façade estimating

Key Responsibilities

Prepare precise cost estimates and clear, client-facing pricing documentation.

Review and analyze project plans and specifications for multiple concurrent projects.

Perform detailed take-offs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
*
Collaborate closely with internal project teams and external supply chain partners.
*
Support bid strategy by identifying risks and ensuring accurate, compliant proposals.
What We're Looking For
*
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar estimating role within the façade or building envelope sector.
*
Technical Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical ability; proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, LogiKal, SchuCal+, or similar software.
*
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and integrity in all aspects of estimating and documentation.
*
Collaborative Communicator: Able to work across teams and engage effectively with supply chains and clients.
*
Multi-Tasker: Comfortable handling multiple estimates and timelines simultaneously.
