We are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join this prestigious organisation in the St Albans area. Your day to day duties will include a combination of facilities, property and administration.
On the facilities side you will take a regular stock takes of stationery, catering supplies and hygiene products. You will clean the coffee machines, look after the printers, coordinate office moves. Ensuring the building is kept clean and tidy including client and communal areas and rear doors, the kitchen and washroom.. Working closely with the receptionist ensuring meeting rooms are set appropriately. Reserving parking spaces as well as covering reception in their absence.
You will ensure that asset log is up to date and overseeing the running of the weekly fire alarm test. Dealing with site maintenance log and coordinating projects where required. undertake building inspections and raise issues where required.
Carrying out adhoc trips where required when the need arises. Must be a car driver. Then do all the day to day administration including ordering business cards etc.
Skills required
Strong Microsoft skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, able to lift, move and carry sizeable objects.
Good admin ability.
