Facilities Engineer - Fen End, Warwickshire - Up to £29.82/hr - Inside IR35

Facilities Engineering is responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
What You Will Do:
Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimating costs for equipment, labour, materials, and other related expenses.
Oversee building space allocation and layout coordination to optimise efficiency and functionality.
Communicate and coordinate services for facilities expansion and maintenance.
Establish and oversee health and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
Manage projects and processes independently, providing guidance and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
Tackle complex problems with innovative solutions, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in facilities or infrastructure maintenance, preferably in an automotive, possibly within a Proving Ground or Grounds Maintenance setting.
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience with strong organisational and communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and general maintenance principles.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic office applications.
Relevant certifications in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely, as well as project management skills like PRINCE2 or PMP.
