You will be responsible for overseeing our client portfolio of commercial properties across the home countries. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic management of facilities within a vibrant and diverse environment. Undertake inspection of each property at least once each month. Ensure facilities at each property are maintained in good and safe working order and are fully compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation. Regularly monitor and review contracts and agreements to ensure they represent best value and performance is maintained to a good level, and where this is no longer achieved to enter into replacement contracts and agreements meeting these requirements. This role offers flexible working with an excellent benefits package. My client is happy for this role to work 2 days remotely as long as they live in the South East / London area as they will times where they will have to travel in the South East region.

Main Responsibilities
* Maintain excellent FM support for commercial tenants and ensure that all services are maintained to the highest standard as required by the respective leases.
* Ensure good tenant communications on all issues relating to day-to-day operation of the building and facilities provided.
* Set the scope and specifications for the cleaning requirements and ensure that the required standards are maintained through audits and SLAs
* Ensure that the Fire Safety & Environment is administered are implemented in accordance with the appropriate requirements.
* Arrange for any mechanical & electrical service.
Essential
* A relevant professional qualification with a membership of a professional organisation being desirable.
* Previous experience of commercial PMS
* A knowledge and appreciation of technical and operational facilities
* The incumbent must be numerate, possess excellent communication skills and can motivate/organise staff resources effectively and efficiently.
* Best practice facilities management experience, including performance management, quality assurance technique.
* Experience in financial and budgetary control/management
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects and write concise, comprehensive reports.
* Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety to IOSH/ NEBOSH standard
