Looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager role where you can take real ownership of a site — without the politics?
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months) overseeing the day-to-day facilities management of a large, complex manufacturing site in Deeside. You’ll be the go-to person for all things FM, supported by a respected FM provider known for its quality service, strong values, and long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Responsible for all fabric, utilities, and reactive maintenance on site
* Manage external contractors and ensure safe, efficient delivery
* Take day-to-day ownership while working alongside a supportive national FM provider
* Use your mechanical or electrical background to guide decisions and jump in if needed
What You’ll Need
* FM experience – ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* A strong technical bias — either mechanical or electrical
* Ability to lead, plan, and stay calm in a reactive environment
* Someone proactive, professional, and confident making site-level decisions
