Job Description
CAFCASS Qualified Social Worker | Pubic & Private Law Teams | Derby
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide reports to the family courts, ensuring the child's voice is central to all proceedings.
Work collaboratively with families and professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children involved in private law cases.
Offer expert advice and support throughout the legal process, ensuring best practices are upheld.Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with active Social Work England registration.
Experience working within CAFCASS or similar settings, particularly in private law.
Strong understanding of family court procedures and the legal framework surrounding child welfare.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.Benefits:
