Job Title: Family Law Solicitor
Salary: £40,000+
Location: offices across Norfolk (Hybrid – 2 Days WFH)
Hours: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a compassionate, client-focused approach at all times.
* Draft legal documents, such as court applications, consent orders, and financial statements.
* Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings when required.
* Ensure effective communication with clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
* Stay updated on developments in family law to provide the highest level of service.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Qualified Solicitor (ideally 1-3 years PQE in Family Law).
* Proven experience in handling family law cases with a proactive approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively.
* High attention to detail, particularly with legal drafting.
* Empathetic and supportive approach to client care
