Position: Family Support Workers
Location: Hounslow
Pay Rate: £ 17.00 - £ 20.00 per hour
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children and Young People (CYP) & Family Support Workers to join our team in the Hounslow, Greater London Area. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children, young people, and their families, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to Children, Young People, and Families in need
* Work closely with local authorities, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
* Engage families in support plans, helping them to achieve positive outcomes
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of Children and Young People
* Work in accordance with local and national safeguarding policies
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience working with Children, Young People, or Families in a support role
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A good understanding of safeguarding principles
* Enhanced DBS check for children and adults is required
* Ability to provide 3 years of references
