Part-Time Female Carer for Young Woman with Down Syndrome (Driver Required)
Location: Altrincham
Hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Pay: £12.21 per hour + 35p per mile petrol reimbursement
We are looking for a female carer who is kind, reliable, and enthusiastic to support a young girl with Down syndrome. This is a fulfilling opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging in fun, active routines and making a genuine difference in a young person's life.
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting the client with a variety of activities including:
* Attending the gym and swimming
* Going out for lunch or light meals
* Taking part in community and leisure activities
* Providing general companionship and care
* Transporting her safely from one place to another in your own vehicle
Requirements:
* Must be female
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Comfortable with the client travelling in your car
* Friendly, patient, and supportive personality
* Previous care experience is a plus but not essential
