📍 Tameside (OL6) | 🕒 Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) | 📆 Temp-to-Perm (12-week probation)
💷 £15.80/hr (Weekdays) | £16.00/hr (Nights & Weekends)

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
No two days are the same — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.

Provide hands-on care including personal support, medication management, and mobility assistance
*
Lead shifts and support care staff to ensure clients' needs are met
*
Help with daily living tasks like shopping, cooking, laundry, and managing finances
*
Encourage independence while ensuring dignity and respect
*
Maintain a calm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents
*
Work within a modern housing scheme for older people with diverse support needs
✅ What You’ll Need:
We’re looking for someone experienced, compassionate, and ready to lead.

Minimum 1 year of UK-based care experience (dementia, disabilities, mental health, etc.)
*
Experience supervising staff and managing rotas
*
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
*
Basic IT skills for digital records
*
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
*
Two professional references (including one from a recent employer)
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred)
*
Full driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
🕒 Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week
*
Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
