Female Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers – Neston (CH64) 🚨
🔹 Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start Available
We’re recruiting experienced female Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers for ongoing roles in Neston (CH64). After a 12-week probation period, successful candidates will transition to a permanent role.
💼 Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Provide compassionate support and promote well-being
✔ Assist with daily tasks, activities, and community outings
✔ Implement care plans and report changes
📌 Requirements:
✅ 6+ months UK care experience (Autism, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour, Self-Harm)
✅ Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
✅ Two references (last 4 years, one from recent employer)
✅ Enhanced DBS (Desirable)
✅ Full UK Manual Driving License & own vehicle
✅ Comfortable with pet cats in the home
✅ PBS & Physical Intervention Training (Desirable, expired training accepted)
⏰ Hours & Pay:
🌞 Day Shifts: 8 AM – 10 PM – £14.50/hr
🌙 Night Shifts: 10 PM – 8 AM – £14.75/hr
