👥 Position: Field Care Supervisor

⏰ Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Supervision and Support: Provide supervision and support to our care team in the field, ensuring the highest quality of care delivery.
🤝 Client Assessments: Conduct client assessments to develop personalized care plans in collaboration with our care coordinators.
👩⚕️ Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
