Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is expanding their expertise in the Wholesale and B2B space. We're now on the hunt for a commercially savvy, motivated, and experienced Sales Representative to help take this momentum to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands how to build and nurture client relationships, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences—especially in the world of coffee.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively drive new business and manage existing B2B/wholesale accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across the food and beverage sector
Be (or become) a true coffee expert—you’ll be selling with both passion and credibility
Educate and excite customers about great coffee, and help them serve it better
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver excellent service and fulfilment
Own your portfolio and be measured on customer retention and satisfaction
Identify opportunities to add value, not just volume, in your client relationships
Help shape the role as you grow within it—we want your input!
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within food and drink
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer success
Enthusiasm for great coffee is a major plus!
