You'll represent a well-known, UK-based manufacturer whose products are trusted by grounds teams, stadiums, and clubs across the country.
Why this role?
£40,000 basic salary, plus annual commission based on profit (around £3.5-4k in year one)
Company vehicle provided
Patch - North West region (Scotland 2/3 times a year)
Manage a live customer base with room to grow
Full product training and demo support
Work independently with the backing of an experienced, supportive team
A replacement hire - smooth handover, established patch, clear structure
What you'll be doing (and why it's rewarding)
This is a field-based role where you'll spend most of your week doing what you're best at - getting in front of customers, talking sport, and helping them get the best from their products
In a typical week:
Around 14 site visits
2 days of on-site product demos (you'll be trained)
3 days maintaining and supporting existing relationships
You'll be a familiar face across your region - keeping current clients happy, and spotting new opportunities where they naturally arise.
What you'll need to bring
A genuine passion for sport
Confidence in face-to-face communication, account management/field sales experience
Self-motivation and strong organisational skills
A full UK driving licence
Willingness to learn, present, and get stuck in on-site
