For this Field Sales Representative role you must have Account Management or B2B field Sales experience & must live on patch. All sales backgrounds considered
Basic £50k OTE £75k/£80k (uncapped) + Car BMW + benfits

The Role – Field Sales Representative – field based
The main purpose of this Business Development Manager role will be to sell the company’s product range of services into businesses such as insurance companies, car dealerships and body shops. This Field Sales Representative role entails:
The role involves:
Full product and sales training will be given immediately
Account management and new business - then increasing to 60% account management
Taking over a performing territory with a well-established customer base
Autonomous role managing your own time and diary
Working from home - field based 5 days p/w
Territory postcodes are: RM, IG, E, SE, DA, BR, SW, SM & CR
Selling via face to face meetings
Nurture existing accounts in order to maximise sales
Working for an open and friendly manager
Securing new business and increasing the existing client base
No telesales so you can focus on selling and earning commission
Excellent support and infrastructure to help you be successful
The Person – Field Sales Representative
The ideal candidate for this Field Sales Representative role must; have a proven track record within field sales, both account management and new business generation; experience selling either a solution based product or service. Candidates from all sales backgrounds will be considered, however you must have experience in working towards KPI’s; be focused & driven; have the ability to influence at all levels; have excellent communication, questioning and listening skills; must understand the steps of the sales process, features & benefits of a product and good negotiating skills. Finally, you must ooze energy, and want to progress in the business over the long termBefore You Apply
