💰Salary: £68,000
(Initial training period of 3–6 months overseas)
The Role: Field Service Engineer
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the technical expert on-site, ensuring the high performance of industry-leading equipment. You’ll work hands-on with advanced systems and directly support customer success.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform on-site inspection, maintenance, calibration, and system upgrades.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently.
* Support equipment installations, startups, and commissioning, including work in cleanroom environments.
* Deliver customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.
* Accurately document all service activities and maintain clear service records.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who is both technically skilled and customer-focused:
* Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working with specialized industrial or pharmaceutical machinery.
* Hands-on experience with the assembly and commissioning of complex systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and systematic thinking.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* A proactive mindset toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
