FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER – FISHER & PAYKEL
Location: Dublin & Surrounding Areas
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 + Exceptional Benefits Package
Join one of the most prestigious and innovative manufacturers in the domestic appliance industry. Fisher & Paykel is expanding their field service team and is looking for an electro-mechanically minded Field Service Engineer to represent their luxury brand across Dublin and surrounding areas.
The Role
*
Service and repair premium domestic appliances in customers’ homes
*
Use both mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
*
Deliver a first-class customer experience that reflects the brand’s high standards
*
Achieve high first-time fix rates and maintain product excellence in the field

Ideal Candidate
*
Background in field service engineering with strong electro-mechanical knowledge
*
Experience with domestic appliances is ideal, but not essential
*
Confident working independently and solving technical problems
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Full, clean driving licence
*
Domestic Gas Safe registration is a strong advantage
Training & Support
We welcome engineers from other sectors such as catering, commercial laundry, vending, or HVAC.
You'll receive 6 weeks of comprehensive training at our UK head office to bring you up to speed with Fisher & Paykel’s product range and standards.
