Ensure your service vehicle is well stocked, organised and maintained to company standards.

Provide telephone support and guidance to customers and distributor technicians when on‑site attendance isn’t required.

Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to read electrical schematics, perform safe isolation/dead testing, and fault–find electronic and electromechanical systems.
*
Gas Qualification (Desirable): Commercial or domestic gas‑service certification; support available for Gas Safe registration if not already qualified.
*
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
*
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally (Hertfordshire & neighbouring counties) and occasionally overnight.
*
Team Player: Self‑motivated, trustworthy and adaptable; able to work independently while contributing to a broader support network.
What We Offer
*
Competitive Remuneration: £36,000 basic salary plus fixed bonus scheme, overtime rates and additional travel allowances.
