Field Service Engineer – Electrically Biased – OEM – West Yorkshire – £39-41k + x1.5 Overtime + Vehicle – OTE £55-60k+
Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established OEM based in West Yorkshire, covering both UK and international service work.
The equipment is varied and will include things such as industrial ovens, air dryers, provers, coolers, thermal oxidisers and heat recovery systems. Full training will be provided

* Competitive salary: £39-41k base with overtime at x1.5 rate.
* Earning potential of £55-60k+ including overtime.

Role Overview:
* UK & International travel – approx. 80% of work in the UK.
* Expected one international trip per month, typically 4-5 days.
* 95% of work is pre-scheduled – no overnight emergency call-outs.
* Ideal for a Field Service Engineer with an electrical bias.
* Requires commuting to the office at least once per week.
* Weekend work: estimated at one weekend per month, potentially two during shutdown periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process inspections & site audits.
* Compiling detailed reports and energy audits.
* On-site maintenance & engineering support.
* Equipment optimisation & commissioning of new/refurbished machinery.
* Producing safety documentation (RAMS).
* Customer liaison & site management.
* Fault finding & troubleshooting machinery.
Location & Accessibility:
* Easily commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Ilkley, Harrogate, Skipton, Shipley, and Otley.
* Also accessible from Clitheroe, Halifax, Brighouse, Haworth, Colne, Tadcaster, and York.
