Field Services Manager - Fire Damper Remedials
London (Hybrid - Site / Office / Home)
£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Vehicle
Full-Time | Permanent
We're working with a leading fire safety compliance provider seeking a Field Services Manager to oversee remedial works on fire dampers across commercial and residential sites.
This role is ideal for:
✅ A current manager in the fire damper industry
✅ Or an experienced lead engineer ready to step up
What you'll be doing:
- Managing field engineers and coordinating remedial works
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety standards (e.g. BS 9999, HTM 03-01)
- Conducting site visits, quality checks, and supporting client relationships
- Interpreting inspection reports to plan and deliver remedial actions
- Leading with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
What we're looking for:
- Background in fire damper inspection, installation, or remedial work
- NVQ Level 3 (Ventilation Installation or similar)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of RAMS, H&S protocols, and relevant standards
- Full UK driving licence
