CMD Recruitment seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our client's team in Devizes. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the finance department and would suit a candidate with strong organisational skills and experience in accounts administration.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase invoices, including matching purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and posting to the SAGE accounting system.
Maintain accurate financial records, including filing invoices and assisting with bank reconciliations.
Manage the accounts inbox and provide general finance administration support.Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in accounts administration.
Proficiency in SAGE accounting software.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
