Finance Analyst Location: Coventry, UK Salary: £40k-£50k (dependent on experience) Contract type: Full Time Permeant Working hours: 40 Hours a Week - Flexible Hybrid Working About the role Are you a part-qualified accountant looking to accelerate your career in a dynamic, people-focused environment? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is 3-4 exams away from qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and eager to take the next step towards becoming a Finance Business Partner. Responsibilities Own the P&L reporting and monthly financial analysis for a portfolio of 15 live contracts in the London South East (LSE) region Work closely with Operational and Contract Management teams to support and challenge forecasts, accruals, and cost breakdowns Perform variance and trend analysis, proactively identifying risks and opportunities Support the Finance Business Partners in preparing presentations for Regional Business Reviews, budgets, and reforecasts Contribute to process improvements and help guide non-finance colleagues with clear, actionable financial insightsWhat We're Looking For: Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) - ideally 3-4 exams from completion Industry experience essential; must have worked closely with operational or commercial teams Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail Comfortable handling month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships across functions Keen to progress to a Finance Business Partner role in the futureWhy join us?
