Job Description
A leading Poole based organisation is currently looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join them on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a large finance team and be a crucial part of FP&A decision making and forward thinking communications within the business.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Providing detailed analysis and proposed business solutions that open up conversations around driving efficiency;
Meaningful insight and recommendations based on analysis of key financial information to support business decision making;
Interpreting financial data in order to provide a clear narrative to non-finance colleagues;
Stakeholder management and presenting at senior management meetings;
Supporting the wider team to deliver business targets and budgets.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified is the ideal, although part qualified can also be considered;
Business partnering experience and confidence communicating at all levels;
Strong system skills including confidence using Excel including Power Tables;
A keenness to be part of a large team and work in an ever changing/dynamic environment.
