Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting our dynamic and rapidly growing client based in North Birmingham, seeking a talented and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take on a broad and varied role offering true autonomy and superb progression. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic support
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
Challenge and influence decision-making to support growth and profitability
Interpret complex financial data and present findings to stakeholders
Support the development of business cases and investment appraisals
Work collaboratively across departments to improve financial awareness and accountability
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
Highly confident and effective in communicating with non-financial stakeholders
Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
