Job Description
We're proud to be partnering with a well-known, award-winning family-run business based in Worcester to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, and delivering timely, accurate financial information to drive business decisions.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting

Support financial planning and analysis to inform strategic decisions
*
Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with relevant standards
*
Liaise with external auditors and manage the year-end process
*
Lead, support, and develop a small finance team
*
Work closely with department heads to provide insight and financial guidance
✅ What We’re Looking For:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*
Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or Financial Controller role
*
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
