Are you a detail orientated Finance Manager available for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in the Bolton area?
Do you want to lead a fantastic, motivated Finance team, whilst supporting on a number of exciting projects?

About the Role:
As Finance Manager you will oversee a small Accounts team, ensuring the smooth running of the company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract and you will be rewarded with a generous bonus on completion of the contract term.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a small team, providing training and support when needed
Oversee all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes including invoices, payments and collections
Assume responsibility for month-end reconciliation and reporting
Prepare financial reports for the management team and monitor / manage cash flow
Drive efficiencies for the business through the implementation of process improvements
Provide support with audits and compliance
Play a key role in upcoming projects within the business
Ideal skills and experience
Proven track record in a similar Finance Manager role, overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Previous experience managing a team with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
Good working knowledge of Sage and/or QuickBooks
Excellent analytical / Excel skills
High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Professional accounting qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA (advantageous)
