Job Description
Finance Manager
Wolverhampton
£30,000 - £45,000 DOE
Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced Finance / Accounts Manager to work for a retailer based in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for managing the purchase and sales ledgers, credit control and paying suppliers.
Daily duties will include:
Completing sales reconciliation, balancing and posting for 3 branches
Producing management accounts
Corporation tax calculations and payment
Cashflow management
Producing budgets and analysis
Daily bank posting
Daily sales reports to Directors
Leading the annual audit
Completing monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
Quarterly VAT returns and annual statement
Experience required:
AAT / ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified
Part-qualified and QBE will be considered if you have at least 8 years’ relevant experience
Experienced and knowledgeable with Business Tax including VAT
Income Tax and Pension knowledge
Statutory payment knowledge
Experienced with Sage 50 and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
