This is more than just a back-office finance role. You’ll work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple departments, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and help shape the way financial data is analysed and communicated. Every day brings variety, and every detail counts.

Salary: £27,648p/a
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full time
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office
Location: Eastleigh

Maintaining and updating financial data across internal systems
Preparing and issuing accurate cost breakdowns and financial statements in line with internal policies
Allocating and reconciling costs across various projects, departments, or accounts
Tracking and analysing usage trends (e.g., utilities or services) to support accurate forecasting
Reviewing invoices and supplier charges to ensure accuracy and value for money
Responding to queries from internal teams and stakeholders, offering clear financial insight and support
Supporting wider finance activities including reporting, compliance checks, and data audits
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of financial data with operational needsSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Background in finance or accounting with strong numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent Excel skills and confident working with complex datasets
Clear and effective communicator, able to explain financial information to non-financial colleagues
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
