We are looking for a passionate Call Centre Lead to drive, Sales and effective customer service, to ultimately retain business.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in Sales (or similar) role where targets have been consistently exceeded
Previous experience within the financial services industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach employees in a fast-paced environment
Coaching & developing your team to their full potential
Regularly auditing your teams’ calls
Always ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards and regulations
Provide technical support to the team, being a referral point for handling customer complaints and ensuring outstanding debt is kept to a minimum
Other essential management activities including rota preparation and distribution, absence management, annual appraisals etcThis is a full-time onsite role, based in Salisbury.
