4 DAYS ON, 3 DAYS OFF!
📍 Somerset countryside
⏰ Full-time - mix of breakfast, lunch & dinner service
💰 £32,000 per annum + generous tronc & standout perks

Run your section with confidence and care
Support and inspire junior chefs
Create dishes using estate-grown and local ingredients
Uphold high standards in prep, service, and cleanliness
Contribute ideas to an ever-evolving seasonal menu
