Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading Groundwork's contractor in their search for a Foreman located in Southampton paying up to £250 per day.
Requirements for the Foreman
* Demonstrable expertise in Civil projects.
* Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Groundwork projects.
* Proficient in Supervising contracts ranging from £750k to £10M.
* Strong communication skills.
* Desire for a permanent role.
* Hands-on approach to project management.
* Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
