Finishing Manager
I'm recruiting on behalf of a very busy main contractor who operate in the nationwide and specialise in new build education projects on behalf of the DFE.
About the role:
You will be working alongside an on site Senior Site Manager, looking after the internal packages on a £50m new build school from 1st fix. The contract will run for the next 10-12months.
Responsibilities for Finishing Manager:
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.Requirement for Finishing Manager:
