Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Fire Engineer to join a boutique multidisciplinary consultancy based in the heart of London, near Hatton Garden.
This dynamic SME is known for its expert approach and commitment to delivering tailored fire safety solutions across the residential sector, encompassing both new builds and existing housing.
The Fire Engineer's Role
As a Fire Engineer, you will work with a wide range of clients, providing expert advice and delivering fire safety solutions that prioritise compliance and innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include producing Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEWs) and creating detailed fire strategies for new and existing residential properties.
You will also play a key role in interpreting and applying fire safety regulations, offering expert guidance on building façades and compliance with legislation such as the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021.
The Successful Fire Engineer Will Have
Qualifications:
Member of IFE or IFSM
Degree educated in Fire Engineering or other Engineering background Skills and other:
Strong understanding of Facade systems
Experience managing complex residential projects
FRAEW's experience In Return?
