Job Description

A long-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a confident Fire Risk Assessor to join their expanding team on a fully remote basis. This is a unique opportunity for a self-sufficient Fire Risk Assessor who is open to regular UK-wide travel, conducting fire safety inspections across a broad portfolio of public, commercial and residential premises. The Fire Risk Assessor's Role The successful Fire Risk Assessor will carry out detailed assessments in line with PAS 79 and current fire safety legislation. You will be responsible for preparing clear and actionable reports, liaising directly with clients, and offering expert advice to ensure full compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Site inspections will take place throughout the UK, with travel and overnight stays required depending on project location. The role is ideal for an organised and adaptable professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
