Job Description
Project Manager – Fit-Out – Data Centre – Germany
We are currently partnering with a Fit-out contractor with proven success across Europe on Data Centre Projects, Roofing contracts and many more. With capabilities and expertise across the whole construction sector they are looking to expand their ever-growing team with an experienced Project Manager in Germany.
Responsibilities
·Document Management and Control
Establish and maintain a centralized system for all project documentation (e.g., designs, contracts, specifications). Ensure version control, compliance with industry standards, and timely approval and distribution of documents.
·Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring regular updates on project progress. Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting minutes, and manage the flow of information across teams, vendors, and clients.
·Project Scheduling and Resource Management
Use project management software to create and manage detailed timelines and resource allocations. Track project progress and identify any delays or resource constraints, ensuring the project stays on track.
·Contract and Vendor Management
Oversee contract preparation, vendor coordination, and ensure that all deliverables are tracked and meet the agreed specifications. Maintain records of all contracts, purchase orders, and financial transactions.
·Compliance and Quality Control Documentation
Ensure all regulatory and industry standards are met, maintaining thorough documentation of compliance, testing, and quality assurance activities. This includes documentation for as-built systems and operational manuals for final project handover.
Requirements
Must have a relevant engineering background
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Germany
