Fitter/Service Engineer
£25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
ALS Ltd are a machinery manufacturing company in Wellingborough. We design and assemble High Tec machines for the Converting Industry and export 60-70% of our production. We are small but successful company looking for a self motivated hard working individual that can work independently and as a key part of our team. This is a full time job with the opportunity of overtime.
We are looking for an experienced fitter/engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to assemble machines in the factory and test prior to shipping. Servicing machines in the UK and some wordwide customers may be required.
Mechanical assembly of machine parts to include Bearings, seals, pulleys, belts, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Ball screws, linear rails, servo motors etc
Some electrical knowledge would be an advantage.
On the job training will be provided.
A full UK Driving licence and Passport without travel restictions are required.
