Job Title: FLT Trainer / RTITB Instructor
Location: Rochdale - Centre based
Salary: £25,000 – 4-day week + Benefits
Type: Permanent
Are you a certified RTITB Instructor looking for a new opportunity, or perhaps you are already delivering Forklift Truck Certificates and looking for your next new challenge.

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a current RTITB Instructor certificate
Ideally have experience of delivering training / workshops to small groups of learners
Wealth of experience as a FLT driver
Duties:
Deliver engaging and high-quality FLT courses to small groups of learners, instructing and testing to RTITB standards.
You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training.
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment, reviews and feedback.
Ensure that learner records are up to date in line with policies and procedures, GDPR and contractual requirements.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learners in order to help them realise their potential.Please note:
