Location: Norwich
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days out of 7 (including evenings and weekends)
Salary: £32,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team of a professionally run hotel, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the management and delivery of all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, and event catering. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in hotel F&B services and a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service in line with hotel standards
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relations
Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to optimise service delivery
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential: Previous management experience in a hotel food and beverage environment
Essential: Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar service
Outstanding leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused with a keen attention to detail and service excellence
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and across a 7-day operational rota
