SYR are representing a distinguished client who is at the forefront of Super yacht re-fits based in France.

Working on some surreal super yacht projects
The Onboard Foreman intervenes under the responsibility of a Project Manager to take charge of the on-site organisation and coordination between the various stakeholders present on the project.
She/he manages the reception of the operators and ensures that the work environment is conducive to the work to be carried out.
She/he ensures the on-site customer interface, the application of procedures according to quality and HSE standards and the forecasting of logistical needs.
Experience:
Successful experience in the marine industry
Operational knowledge in two of the following areas: mechanical, boilermaking, electrical, painting, carpentry, composite
Good command of the Office Suite
Bilingual English
Rigorous, organised, and methodical, you are particularly reliable when it comes to important data to be processed.
You are highly adaptable
You are a team player, have good interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service.
You have a good grasp of stress management and know how to manage priorities.
