Our client, a lubricants supplier, is seeking a dedicated forklift driver and warehouse operative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a forklift for stacking and offloading goods from suppliers.
* Assisting in the warehouse, filling goods (training provided).
* Making occasional local deliveries using a small Berlingo van and a 3.5-ton van (drivers must be over 25 for insurance purposes).
* Providing excellent customer service, as the business values strong client relationships.
* Performing physically demanding tasks, as the role involves heavy lifting.
Requirements:
* Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
* Over 25 years old (for van insurance purposes).
* Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
