Job Description
LONG TERM 18 MONTH CONTRACT
Forklift driver wanted for long term 18 month control with well established privately owned house builder. The project based in Oxford is a new development of both houses and flats and they require a Forklift Driver for the duration of the project. Ideally our client are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver who has worked on previous housing developments and has a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
* Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and place materials as required on-site.
* Conduct daily inspections of the telehandler to ensure it is in safe working condition.
* Load and unload materials from lorries and other vehicles.
* Assist in digging and preparing sites as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Licence/Certification:
* telehandler license (Essential)
* Driving Licence (preferred)Before You Apply
