FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative – Plastic Manufacturer
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour + £20 weekly attendance bonus
Shifts: Rotating – 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00

Are you an experienced FLT Driver with a valid Counterbalance, Flexi, and Bendi licence? We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading plastic manufacturing company in Leighton Buzzard looking to expand their warehouse team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with ongoing work, a friendly team, and great shift stability.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate Counterbalance, Flexi, and Bendi forklifts to move goods and materials
*
Support general warehouse operations, including loading/unloading and stock movements
*
Ensure products are stored and handled safely and accurately
*
Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets
*
Adhere to all health and safety procedures on-site
Requirements:
*
Recent experience operating FLT trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
*
Valid Counterbalance licence (essential)
*
Flexi and Bendi experience and certification (essential)
*
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
*
Willingness to work rotating shifts
